Mystery FAQ

Pricing:

  • Epic Kit - $26.95 Matte/ $29.95 Glossy + Shipping
  • Mini Kit - $16.95 Matte/ $18.95 Glossy + Shipping

Monthly Timeline: 

  • 1st - Billed for monthly subscription
  • 15th - New spots open for new subscribers and one-time purchases
  • By the 5th - Subscription will ship 

Important Notes:

* Mysteries are billed in advance. For example, October 1st charge is for November Mystery which ships between the last week of the month and the 5th, November 1st charge is for December Mystery, and so on. 

* We do not ship on the weekends so any labels created over the weekend will ship out on Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday).

Cancellation and Skipping Policy:

You may cancel or skip a month anytime before the first of the month. Once the subscription charges on the first it cannot be canceled or skipped, any changes made would effect future charges. You can cancel your subscription by logging onto your account > manage subscriptions. If you are a new subscriber or have already been charged for the month any modifications on your account will apply to the next month. Declined Card?

Subscribers are billed on the 1st of the month. If your subscription declines please update your billing info to make payment for the subscription. The system does re-attempt any declines the next day. If the charge is declined twice your subscription will be canceled and you will need to sign up again when spots become available. 

Can I order more than one subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be ordered/sent together. If you would like multiple subscriptions you will need to sign up separately and need to pay shipping for each subscription.

What is the difference between Epic and Mini?

The mini kit is our more affordable option. Contents include but not limited to mini weekly kit, one sticker extra and foiled label sampler. The epic kit is our best selling, larger option. Contents include but not limited to epic weekly sticker kit, three sticker extras and a full foil bundle. 

Some months may include more items, but that doesn't guarantee every month will. By subscribing you understand what is quoted above is what you are purchasing and anything extra that is not listed above is a special extra freebie that is not always guaranteed.

When do spots open for new subscribers?

  • The 15th of each month at noon EST

Combining with main shop items?

Unfortunately this product must ship on its own. Any subscriptions purchases with main shop items will be canceled and your spot will not be saved.

Can I switch kit type or paper type?

Any modifications in regards to kit and paper types must be made PRIOR to the 1st when subscriptions are charged. To switch kit types or change from matte to glossy go through your account and click on “manage subscription”. Any changes in pricing will be reflected in the next charge. 

Changing address?

Address changes must take place PRIOR to the charge on the 1st. Update your address through your account and click "manage subscription". When you order charges the address at that time will stick through shipment regardless of changes made afterwards. Any address changes made after will not take place until next months mystery.

Will the mystery kit be sold in shop?

Yes, overstock will be brought to the shop with a la carte pricing the week following shipment of the subscriptions.
