SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks before shipment, unless otherwise specified. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours or fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Where is my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to track your order. Sometimes tracking takes a few days to update, please allow 4-5 days before emailing regarding a status update.

My label was created however experienced no movement?

As labels are printed they are marked by the system as "shipped". Labels are printed in batches for ease of post office drops. This means that your order may not be dropped for a few days after the label was created. 

Please keep in mind that once we drop your order off with USPS what happens next is out of our hands. If you end up having issues during the shipping process, message us and we will see if there is something we can do to help! <3

When can I expect my order?

DOMESTIC -

USA orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processing period) depending on where you are located in the USA. Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. This is the estimate given by the USPS - we do not quote shipping times as the USPS often can take longer than quoted.

All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.

Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control. For any regarding tracking you can take the tracking to your local post office and they can further assist you on the retrieval of your order.

INTERNATIONAL -

International orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 7-14 BUSINESS days (after processing period). Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. This is the estimate given by the USPS - we do not quote shipping times as the USPS often can take longer than quoted.

All international orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.

Customs Fees?

International customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with ordering internationally.  Please make sure you are aware of how much your country will charge before ordering.  We will not refund your order if you choose to not pay the customs fees. 

Missing Order?

Our policy is receiver must wait one month from shipment date (for domestic orders) or two months from shipment date (for international orders) for the package to be considered lost. If a package has not been delivered after this time please email us for assistance.

Order mark delivered but not received?

Please give the post 1-2 days to deliver afterwards. Sometimes they may scan a package incorrectly and deliver the following day. If it has not shown up please contact your neighbors or leasing office if you live in an apartment building. If still not found, please reach out to your local/delivery assigned post office directly.

Pink Diamond Planner Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to misdelivery by post office or theft.

 

POLICIES

Returns and Exchanges?

Due to the nature of the items, there cannot be any returns or exchanges. If you experience dissatisfaction with your order or specific items in your order, please contact me to discuss! Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change my address after shipment?

Please make sure your shipping address is current and correct prior to processing your order. If you move or change your address prior to shipment, please notify us immediately to update shipping address. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or name on the package. If the package is returned to us, buyer is responsible for fees to reship.

Custom Orders?

Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate custom orders at this time.

Can I add items to my order after placement?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to add items or remove them from the order/invoice. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Combining Orders?

Please contact us regarding combination of orders. We will try our best to accommodate.

Coupon Codes?

Coupon codes cannot be combined. The policy of this platform only allows for one coupon code per order. Though I have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon codes in the notes section as discounts will not be applied.
